    I'm loyal to Earthlink. They have been my provider since 1995 (then it was Netcom). I know some have said that the company is mostly resting on it's past laurels, but regardless I see em as tried and true. They are not trying to re-invent the ISP business. For DSL service it's pretty darn good IMO.
