I switched from Verizon DSL to Comcast because I wanted the faster speeds for the same money. Or less mony same speeds, if I did Comcast/Earthlink. I generally am not happy with the service, the connectivity is spotty, dies a lot. But it is OK for the default service.
I am anxiously await Wi-MAX from Sprint, and will jump on that as soon as its available, and dump the co-opoly gang of Cable and Baby Bell.
