    384 / 128 line installed in November 1999. Good service - excellent availability (only 2 hours down time in 3 months), fast response to technical questions. Static IP, speed is satisfactory - meets specs.

    Ball seemed to drop for a week or so during installation as it was passed among FastNet, Covad and Bell Atlantic. On-site installation took less than 1/2 hour, Covad installer was efficient and courteous.
