    Cogeco

    Cogeco is by far the best. Daughter had Rogers and it was a real mess, constant headache with billing department. Been there done that with small ISP and with Ma dysfunctional BELL. I will go without before switching back to Bell after they switched their customer service to another country that tries hard but cannot speak English.

    You can't be serious?? You are saying Cogeco is the best simply because of an obvious facilities issue? It sounds like your daughter is too far from Bell's central office OR there is a problem with DSL in that neighbourhood.

    I think what she meant was HER service with Cogeco is the best she's experienced, so in turn would make her come to the conclusion Cogeco IS the best. Most customers don't know about things like CO's, facilities, networks, etc; nor are they required to. They just expect to get the service they pay for, if not they'll change to someone who will provide them.

    Also, changing ISP's because of a disapproval in the way that company conducts business, such as shipping call departments overseas, makes certain sense to me. As consumers, sometimes the only way to get your point across is to abandon business.
