Overpriced considering AT&T areas were cheaper. $30 would have been a better deal for DSL 3.0. 6.0 might be available. It wasn't or was like 4 down. I was like 2.2 down on 3.0.
Billing was a nightmare. Credits show up 2 months later. Great system!
I was BYOM for previous location. My opinion was the are overselling DSL here since had lots of "login" issues. Static IP thing changes. You can get 5 different ones.
I switched everything to Cox. Easier. 20/3 kinda kills 3/500 anyday. Even the 12/1 kills 3/500. Cox cable is way overpriced. HSI is average.
Tech support - call during the day so you might get an American. Most men in India I can't understand.
I think the 768 plan for $19 is a good backup deal. Unless you can really get 6.0, I wouldn't chose them.
Simple fact is AT&T buying BS ruined the company. DSL was a rock solid product with Bellsouth before the takeover.
Reps on phone side will lie about discounts. Order online like I did. You can print those screens.
Getting naked DSL is a pain I was told by other people near me.
If you threaten to move to cable, they will cut your bill in half for 3-6 months. Other than that price, it is way overpriced for the lack of quality AT&T has made BS deliver.
