    You have to pay alot more to get static ip addresses! Anyhow you ask about reverse dns or whois information and the techs have no clue. I understand that this may beyond some so I ask for level 2 or 3 tech support but they refuse (always) to transfer. Instead they put me on hold so they can ask someone else what I am talking about. I hate that. Oh well.

    Also they dont have their tech support numbers clearly posted on their own website. Very disorganized. Overall I cant complain to much since the price is about what I was paying before for a 768/768kbps dsl line. I was at the end of the DSL limits so I had to get service from a clec, but the ping time was better.

    Go figure. Ping time was better on copper dsl than fiber optic service...
