    DON'T DON'T DON'T go anywhere near this company. To make a long story short I paid them upfront for a year. Three times they didn't show up for an install. They do not answer the phone and do not return messages. IF you ever do get thru to them and someone live actually answers the phone they just lie. I live in a part of California which is rural and does not have anything available except internet satellite. Service was never actually connected as I finally found out from one of the installers that Skyway does not actually have any installers that are less than three hours away. This same installer informed me that he is also a Wildblue installer and that he always does Wildblue installations first as Skyway does not pay him enough to make it worthwhile (i.e. no travel compensation for out of area) so you can take that information and mull it around in your head. So what happens if you have a problem and need someone to come out - think again.

    I've since talked to people out here with Wild Blue and they are all happy with their service but they have the $80 monthly service. I really should have bitten the bullet and realized you do indeed get what you pay for.

    I am now in litigation with them - they do not just let a credit card dispute go thru - they will fight to the bitter end and require you to return the equipment which is a huge shipping fee. On top of that if you choose not to return the equipment, they deduct way more from the disputed amount than you paid for the equipment.

    BEWARE of THIS COMPANY!
