    I have Vonage and OOL .Verizon Fios was installed today after a few years absence from Verizon DSL.

    I never truly had a problem with OOL except for the Yankee game saga a couple of years back. I switched to Directv for that matter.

    Fios has more HD Channels period.PQ is awesome .Billing issues and hiccups with the boxes are the big drawback. Hopefully they will get it right
