And I think I will call up my congresswoman and ask about what she will do.We must all work together to stop this from happening in the USA.Some companies here are already doing it and it is totally inexcusable.These companies are not hurting for cash they are just plain greedy.

"Inexcusable" is relative to who's managing a network and attempting to make a profit. Your sweeping statement about not hurting for cash ignores a big swath of smaller ISPs that may not have over abundant resources.
